Sophie

Hi Denise, Greedy..Now called Sophie is doing great..she cracks me up because before the snow came she would go outside. Now she won’t I have to give her a nudge or carry her out. Then when Sophie’s out she comes running right back in. So tomorrow she gets her first pair of boots and coat. She loves to snuggle. As soon as she sees me lay on the couch there she is trying to get up so of course I let her up she climbs on my chest and falls asleep. She stays there until I move her. She’s eating great and has a appointment set to meet her new vet. Today she started her visits to the homes that I operate. She did very well, I was really impressed. I thought she would be scared of the electric wheelchairs but she did awesome. I’ve yet to hear her bark..but I’m sure she will in time. She’s doing well on the leash and staying by my side when off the leash. She’s learned her name and seems to be picking up on the different tones in my voice when I’m working with her. I have contacted a few trainers and when I find the right one she will begin at 12 weeks. I have attached some photos of her. Again Thank You for allowing me to make her part of my home. John

Letter from Liz.

Hi Denise,
Just wanted to let you know that Diesel is doing great. I was waiting to write you because I wanted to send you some of the great pictures of Diesel, but unfortunately I am not the most skilled person at downloading pictures and I have a new laptop and can't find my photo disc. Anyway, he is a beautiful pup and healthy. He weighed 70 lbs last week at the vet. He was house trained in less than a week. Silvio did a good job getting up with him every night. He gets along great with Leo, our 4 year old collie. They play hard and then sleep. Diesel has a huge bed but he seems to like curling up on Leo's bed. When he was smaller, I have cute pictures of them laying next to each other on the bed. He's very gentle and friendly to everyone. The whole family loves him and enjoys watching him grow by the minute. He and Leo are equal in size for the moment!
Take care and hope you and your family and the dogs are doing well . Hopefully I will get you some cute pictures soon.

Just a quick update. Fiji was 50 lbs at her vet appointment today. Happy and healthy. Doing great in puppy class. Last week we did beginning puppy agility and she was a natural. She loved it!!! That's all for now. Take care.

Zoe and her Guinea Fowl

Hi Denise
Hope all is well with you. Just wanted to update you on Zoe. She is the sweetest dog we have ever had and loves to snuggle. In the beginning our 5 yr old schnoodle Rosie was a crabby older lady who wanted nothing to do with Zoe. Now they play like puppies until they're both exhausted. The potty training was relatively easy and she's doing well in puppy class.
She has some natural herding insticts the guinea fowl as you can see in the photo. She sleeps on our bed and snores until you give her a nudge. We couldn't be happier. She's a gem and everybody absolutely loves her.

Just wanted to send a recent picture. Fiji was 32 pounds at the vet on Aug.30. She is growing so fast and learning very quickly. She does great at puppy kindergarten and everyone there looks forward to seeing how much she has grown each week. She gets more beautiful every day. Take care.

Spoiled Zoe

The baby is doing great . All the ladies at the vet's office were all doting over her. She's getting along great with our other 2 dogs. Potty training going well. She has the most wonderful personality - laid back. She's doing her best to get Rosie, our schnoodle, the play like a puppy again.
I've attached a photo of what spoiled looks like. Sydney is a great surrogate mother!

Denise,

I thought you might like to see how Jäger is looking these days. He gets quite a bit of attention from strangers on walks. Everyone thinks he's beautiful (and rightfully so). He certainly has the Euro Dane head and drooly jowls LOL. I've started covering my face when he shakes his head and we just carry a towel everywhere to keep wiping up after his slobber.

We just finished our first puppy training class. He's doing well so far.

Lacey is doing great in her new home. She has a great personality. She loves to play, sleep and cuddle. She gets along with our other family dogs. Lacey loves attention and will stop during a walk until the person passing by will pet her. She is almost house broken and is starting to ring the bell on our door when she wants to go out! She is such a sweet heart and is spoiled by us, our family and friends. We will send you more pictures as she gets bigger. Thanks for our new addition to our family!
